Leading to…

Leading Well aims to form a community of excellent, skilled, well-supported leaders for parishes and mission partnerships across the Diocese. The programme will pay particular attention to the vision of the Diocese of Sheffield:

“The Diocese of Sheffield is called to grow a sustainable network of Christ like, lively and diverse Christian communities in every place which are effective in making disciples and transforming our society and God’s world”

Commitment and requirements

There is an initial 36 hour residential followed by 5 study days from March to November 9.00am to 4pm and then a 2-3 day retreat in October.  Every participant is required to work with a mentor throughout the year and graduates of the programme are invited to continue meeting in their networks and with their mentors.
