This is required part of the OMD for all those beginning new incumbencies in the Diocese of Sheffield under Common Tenure.
Leading Well aims to form a community of excellent, skilled, well-supported leaders for parishes and mission partnerships across the Diocese. The programme will pay particular attention to the vision of the Diocese of Sheffield:
“The Diocese of Sheffield is called to grow a sustainable network of Christ like, lively and diverse Christian communities in every place which are effective in making disciples and transforming our society and God’s world”
Commitment and requirements
There is an initial 36 hour residential followed by 5 study days from March to November 9.00am to 4pm and then a 2-3 day retreat in October.
