Ongoing Ministerial Development

A residential course for clergy and lay ministers who have changed post recently

Changing Posts

This is a 48 hour residential course for Anglican and Methodist clergy and licensed lay ministers who have changed post recently.

This course is intended to give colleagues time to reflect together on transition, leading change, any challenges they face and on the experiences in their new role. It is open to Anglican and Methodist ministers from across the Yorkshire Regional Training Partnership.

  • Andrew Tawn (Anglican) – Andrew is the Director of Clergy Development for the diocese of Leeds
  • Graham Jones (Methodist) – Graham is a Learning & Development Officer in the Learning Network in Yorkshire Plus, with particular responsibility for ministry development.
